This rare Talking Friends Talking Tom plush is a must-have for any collector. This limited edition Christmas version features Tom wearing a festive Santa hat and scarf, making it the perfect addition to any holiday display. Created in 2013 and manufactured in China, this battery-operated toy is in non  working condition.  The Talking Tom plush is an ideal gift for fans of the popular franchise or anyone who wants to add some charm to their holiday decorations. He might be fixable,  not sure though.  I tested and he didn't talk. Over all good condition. I noticed a small piece of material missing on the top of one foot "paw".
